Wild Productions LLC recognizes that remote sites can offer unforeseen challenges, and that we partner with our Clients in to provide our services in a dynamic environment. We prioritize a positive outcome for both parties for every eventuality.
ACCEPTANCE OF EQUIPMENT:
The Client shall inspect each item of equipment delivered pursuant to this Contract. The Client shall immediately notify the Company of any discrepancies between such item of equipment and the description of the equipment as outlined. If the Client fails to provide such notice in writing within 2 hour(s) after the delivery of the equipment, the Client will be conclusively presumed to have accepted the equipment.
THIRD PARTY LIABILITY & DISPUTES; DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS:
The Company will not be responsible for and the Client will indemnify the Company against all claims for the injury to persons or loss or damage to property howsoever caused unless it is proved that such injury or damage was caused by gross negligence on the part of the Company.
